i would not mind if the tail lights are square shaped if I can get this in my future corvette, customization in gauges are incredible.

I would love for that system or something close to be put in it. Just pray that whatever it is that it's not made by the Densco people that made the pitiful antique that's in our cars now, and that Bose keeps their hands off it also. Customizable guages are awesome but I'm kind of doubting they will make it to the Vette, though I wish they would.

I know the OP has good intentions, but why create this thread when there is pretty much the exact same topic a couple threads down? It doesn't hurt to look or search before you post.

Sorry to be "that guy", but a bunch of threads on the same topic, especially if they are all recent, detracts from the forum IMO.

nb4 the old folks come in and comment about how they just need a milk crate to sit on and 4 on the floor because it's a sports car for christs sake.

Can't wait to see what kind of goodies the C7 interior will have!!

The C7 will be like meeting a new woman. First the interaction and then the ride.

Other car companies versions of this have been pretty buggy. For instance the Sync interface. Analog gauges with a screen would prove more reliable.

Looks inexpensive to fix when something goes wrong with it.

Chevy MyLink Navigation out of the Camaro. I would be surprised if this doesn't show up in the C7. I think that they'd be doing owners a disservice by putting a digital cluster in the car. The radio interface is very nice, but I don't know if this will trickle down.

Do you really need all that refinement in a Corvette? It certainly is very impressive, and no doubt belongs in a Caddy, after all a Caddy always represented luxury, peformance, and conviences. A Corvette has become so refined during that past 25 years, each time you loose a little more of the "premative" nature of the Corvette that separated it from Luxury cars.

I remember David Hill totally against putting ANY remote switches on the Corvette steering wheel, as he believed it took away from the Corvette driving experience....

Technology certainly has its place in the new Corvette, but personally I think this is a bit overkill for a Corvette. If I want CUE, I will buy a Caddy, with the C7 I want Corvette. If its a must have, offer this as an option, satisfy both the techi crowd and the performance crowd.

Impressive, but necessary in a Corvette?

I think you meant trickle up.
