Sounds like a fun trip providing the weather is as mild as it was last year for you guys in the midwest.

Would be a great trip if I could get tickets to a Red Wings game if they play this year.

i just rolled over and asked the lady if she wanted to go she said "yes" so hopefully I am find something she would like while there. My only hesitation would be the weather. I would hate to get snowed in.

Hopefully the midwest has a mild winter like last year. Detroit is a cool city for a few days if you know where your going. But it is not the place you ever want to be snowed in at.

The MGM casino is a decent non Vegas casino. Very big with a few good places to eat. Detroit is also a great place to see a Hockey game along with Toronto.

I hate hockey ( no offense keeks) she won't let me gamble and I can't go to Canada anymore ( long story lol) What about an Opera or does he Casino have shows like in Vegas? She loves that stuff.
