Tom Peters designed the C6 exterior. I have never heard who designed the C7 exterior.

Console mounted Geritol and Ben-Gay dispensers will still be 'extra cost options' though.

Yes....Tom Peters designed the Aztek, which he has been crucified for, ad nauseum. The reality is if you look at Peters original drawings of the Aztek verses what the "commitee think" of GM during that era ended up building, it is NIGHT and DAY. That period is probably the darkest in GM's illustrious history of having dark periods. Don't forget that this is the SAME GM that was ready to kill the Corvette during this time, and the C5 was, quite literally, developed under dark of night and in the shadows. To blame Peters for the Aztek is incorrect, blame all the needled**ks that were running GM into the ground at the time (and very nearly succeded).

I expect we'll find out to whom GM assigns credit for the design at the the official unveiling and not before.

Nobody here knows squat about who it is. Peters was the Lead Designer for the C6 but, as I posted here a while ago, some of the key C6 preliminary drawings were done by Sang Yup Lee in 2000...

Very interesting! There's the intake scoop of the GS/Z06 and the side cove molding of the ZR1 in there . . . All back in 2000 . . . Great post.

Not totally sure but I've also heard that current Corvettes have V8 engines, two seats and four wheels, can you verify this?

You say that is right but it is not in the particular model of C7. The car about which you are talking it is may be modify car by some designer.
