Default Real pics of the C7

Check out the latest Road & Track. The new C7 is in it. Hints of the concept are there, but toned way down. Slightly smaller and alot lighter, around 3,000 pounds.

fyi: those are not "real pics". those are not even photos. those are illustrations by a private party based on clues from GM about what the car might be like.

Looks like evolution of the C6 and I like what I see.

Well, if that will be the C7 and don't know how GM will be able to compete with other brands. When looking at what is to come, so many great looking sports cars, but this C7 version is far far from exciting ...
Bring on that Stingray concept ... Have some ***** for cryin' out loud ... Just look at what Porsche, Audi and BMW are doing ...

Like making all their cars look identical except for size as they've done since the early 90's?

Just another drawing. None of this will come to pass odds are, short of the engine.

The front looks like a C6 after an accident, and the rear looks like a Nissan GTR.

Default Yeech...!!

Just like the "photos" of the C6 the grill is way too large for the car.
That's just plain ugly, the performance would have to be other-wordly
for it to sell lookin' like that. Just my opinion.

Is there a need to have that much grille exposed? As I look at other future sport cars in the Road and Track article, the grilles seem to be growing larger as well.

Appears as though GM is going Japanese; the front bears an oriental appearance – squinty eyes and wide smile, much too much grille. A Z06 influenced body certainly would improve the rather docile stance.

Personally still prefer the C6 look over this new and improved offering IF it's a genuine GM rendering of what's to come, and would rather wait for the possibility of a C8 as pictured below on the left, then again maybe GM is gradually moving in this direction given the lights of the C7 herein.
