New Concept Vet...Anyone Seen This Before?

This is a shot of a Corvette Concept car I saw in a parking lot below the Westin Hotel in Long Beach, adjacent to the LB Grand Prix last week (2009). Does anyone know anything about it? Concept Vet

I don't think thats a concept; looks like C5 with C1 body kit.

I just happen to see one identical to that this weekend at a car show here in Albuquerque. They said that it was produced to be a 50th anniversary edition. Said that there were several made to be the 04 model but that it wasn't officially picked up or released as such, there were two versions of this model.

It's an aftermarket body kit for the C5. You can buy one if you want.

It would be really stupid to make a concept Corvette that looks just like the original one.

Met them at SEMA in Vegas this year. Cool guy. They had a C6 converted but said they would not be doing another one because it was a lot more work and headache with all the issues they ran into.... Probably a lot more electronics, airbags, safety devices, etc.

I'd like to have that C6 version though!
