Ya ... I it is only a quick snippet ... you see the bot transforming from about 0:18 to 0:14 ... Micheal Bay's cuts are overwhelming sometimes ... you don't get to enjoy the view.

Yeech, that is really not my "cup o' tea". It's as though a Z06 had sex with a Cadillac CTS and this was the offspring. Not that I don't like the CTS, just that the angular lines just don't flow. Now I know why I like the C5/C6. If this is a C7, I ain't buyin'.

It's a complete one-off done for the Transformer movie - it's not intended to reflect design elements of the C7 in any way. This according to some GM rep. who was interviewed a few months ago regarding the Transformers movie.

I don't understand why everybody hates it so much.
It looks strikingly similar to a C3 stingray from 68-72. Now that was a beautiful car! I quite like this concept. jmho.

C3 is an ugly car by today standard... dont confuse nostalgia for a classic car for being in style today... I like the look of all the old coats from 1700s, but I wouldnt get dressed up and wear it out. They are taking the retro thing way to far.. im sure an actual production C6 would look nothing like this monstrosity.

Its a styling exercise. Nothing more. When and if there is a C7 some styling cues from the show car may show up in the C7 but it won't look anything like the car in the new Transformers movie.
