I am planning on installing an LT4 Supercharger on my Grand Sport. Is this Supercharger beyond repair? I was planning on sending it to Jokerz Performance for a rebuild. Thanks in advance!
you just meaning the nick in the casting right around that one port? If so that probably fine how it is, with the seal. BUT worse case could be tach welded, and grided smooth to hold gasket in place.

I believe this to be the case as well. You should be fine.
