Very cool. Is e50 where the high side started to struggle? Put the bigger injectors and larger HPFP in it and you could probably run full E, huh? Slippery slope

I was tuned before on only 91 at 604whp with LT1 injectors and LT1 hpfp. LT4 hpfp was on national backorder, so finally got the LT4 fuel supply installed and tuned for the e50. I'm thinking the next upgrade would have to be port injection and it would really help. I really want to stay away from meth. I daily drive this vette.

I thought with low side and LT4 pump, injectors and cam you could go considerably higher on full E. Were you running out of fuel above E50?

I am planning long term to supercharge my LT1 and want to stay on full E. I don't want to have to mix and calculate it.

I would do better high pressure pump and injectors instead of port. Trust me, I did port back in 2018 and if I had it to do again I’d of never done it. The good high pressure pumps and injectors on the market now are the way to go. Port is too intrusive to the car.

I was told by the tuner that I shouldn't go above e65 on current setup. The aux pump, LT4 injectors and LT4 hpfp was the most value oriented choice for me as I had already dumped a lot of money into the vette. this setup on only 91 octane was 604whp. A 90 whp gain is pretty good for just some corn. Keep in mind, my head unit is the limiting factor in my build right now. The RPM is maxed out. There might be more gains if I go bigger, but I am happy with my 700~ hp. for now

You're probably absolutely correct. This is all very new to me. I was thrown into this situation because I got a bad dyno tune from a guy that could tune me next day and shortly after my piston rings are destroyed. I was impatient about waiting a month to get a tune from Nic D. There is a reason he has a huge backlog. Do you have a recommendation for good hpfp and injectors?

Great setup!!!
That car will run forever that way.700 rwhp is a good number for the street,it’s gonna be tough to get a great dig even at that number unless you have some 18’s out back with drags.👍

Trust me, you are very right. I'm at 1K on the street and even with my 18's and Mickey Thompson drags, traction is hit and miss. But I digress... 1st world problems. Haha. Shame that I am about to list my C7 for sale. I will miss the thrill.

I got the Too high psi reflex kit with the holley intake and it works great. Full e85. I cant even tell when it comes on.

Most people don't need to go over E65 to E70, my bolt on C7 showed no gains above E70 at the track or on the dyno. My current setup on my 2022 Lt1 Camaro is on E65, perfect for my fuel system with 2300 Maggie and TooHighPsi port injection. Mine made 707 rwhp and 669 rwtq.

E85 is a blessing and a curse. The power is nice but having to test the fuel and find E85 can be more difficult that just running E50.

It can be a pain but you shouldn’t have to test fuel. There are many gauges and software options to get the E% from the ECU. The car knows the % to adjust the timing in the flex fuel tables.

I am running high compression E50 is no bueno. It has to be e85. The alternative is running E85-R or VP110.

Nice gains I am currently building my LT1 right now and will probably be running a E60 blend, but after talking to @C7&7 I decided to spend money on the new LPE Pump and 65% injectors. I currenlty have a V3 TI head unit the goal is to get into the 8s. I have been keeping him and @Gary barnes 1098 posted on the progress. I hope to get my ported heads next week, so I can measure for pushrods.

Yea man crazy how all the stuff I thought would take awhile to arrive got here quick. The stuff that was suppose to be quick is taken longer. My headers are gonna take the longest.

Mr White-
How was the DSX pump to install? I just got out of the tuner yesterday- total stock fuel delivery with my A&A kit. Tuner suggested DSX aux pump as insurance since the low side numbers started to fall into questionable levels at high RPM. Did you get the 255 or 320 lph? I'm guessing for the $50, it wouldn't hurt eh?
