It’s not just the injectors though, it’s the hpfp as well that needs upgrading. The LPE unit will get you somewhere but the Katech secondary pump is the only real solution at the moment to heaving able to run 100% e85 with no meth.

Not it seen anyone on here running the Katech setup though!

Correct, no belt slip, and yes, this is a stock bottom end LT4.

I was hoping for over 1100 whp at least. kind of want more then measly 1000 whp cause F1Xs are putting out 1400 whp
I believe this blower is more than capable of those numbers, it would be heavily meth dependent to hit those numbers on E-85, it would certainly be much easier on gasoline.

[QUOTE=chevyfanatic;1600108428]So your still needing a lot of meth to supplement the E85 even with the 30s ?

Yes, we still needed some supplementation even with the 30's.

I don't think that would be a problem at all, we ran the smallest upper pulley available for this blower, the next step would be a larger balancer ring.

We have never pushed these to their limit, we have made about 1,000 on e-85 without supplementation and have not had a chance to try the 60's yet. I would venture to say they would be good to at least 1,100 on gasoline without meth.

David, can you elaborate? You state above you made 1,000 on e85 without supplementation, but a few sentences above that you stated you still needed some supplementation even with 30's.

What about the rest of the drivetrain? Did you mod anything past the engine?

I apologize for the confusion, we have made 1,000 without meth on e-85 with a centrifugal blower, the pd blowers require a little more fuel at the hit and tend to drop rail pressure around the 950 area.

Just a converter on this car.

David; Magnuson gave me your info, I saw where Mike Sitar had installed the 2650 on a 2016 ZO6, stock exhaust, 91 octane, 103mm TB, & of course a CAI w 4.5” tube to TB & made 728rwhp

I would do above, But have install 2" headers & catless X pipe to stock mufflers

I think the 2650 comes with a 90mm pulley??? I know many are running the 80mm, would I have to do the 80mm to bring boost bk to the 13-15 range after installing hedaers?? Can I do this with stock system( Mike did, but didn’t have headers or catless, or a 80mm pulley)

If the 728rwhp was legit on 91, we have 93 here, I would think id be around 740-765rwhp respectably as long as im good on fuel.???

I don’t want to run into heat soak which I think I WONT with these BIG bricks & its NOT a oval track car, roll on Blasts 55-200 then Not continued bk to bk runs

More then ANYTHING, I did send ya a email this evening . Id like to give you a call.

Thank You

What was the fueling solution where you achieved 1000 without meth? Injector X +30s, LPE highside an lowside?

To make 1,000 on the PD cars has required us to use Meth to safely get there, the Centrifugal blowers have been able to get there without meth. We use a low side system, LPE Highside, and +30s.

Thanks for the reply!

When you say LPE highside, are you referencing the big bore pump? Only seeing one option on their site that isn't injectors. Thanks again! And this was using full E85??

We recently had the opportunity to install one of Magnuson Superchargers first TVS2650R supercharger upgrade kits for the LT4 engine on our customer’s 2016 Corvette Z06. The customer had contacted us several months back looking to do a basic Stage 4 package with us using the stock supercharger, but after many calls and e-mails back and forth we had landed on also upgrading to the newest supercharger offering along with supporting fuel components to really make some power out of the LT4 engine. The car arrived to us in 100% stock form, and our technician started diving into the build process immediately. The new 2650R came with a lot of hype and anyone who’s been following the development on these kits know that it’s been a long awaited item with high expectations on performance, which were most certainly met on our chassis dyno!

The combination for the build is as follows:

Magnuson Heartbeat TVS2650R supercharger upgrade kit

Magnuson 103mm inlet upgrade w/ 80mm pulley

Vengeance Racing CNC ported LT4 cylinder heads

Vengeance Racing Stage 3 LT4 camshaft kit

Nick Williams 103mm throttle body

Halltech Systems, LLC Stinger RZ intake

American Racing Headers Headers 2” longtube headers and x-pipe

Circle D Specialties Pro-Series torque converter

AlkyControl dual nozzle methanol injection system

Lingenfelter Performance Engineering high-pressure fuel pump

Fuel Injector Connection 30% DI injector set

DSX Tuning low-side auxiliary fuel system

This particular combination was setup on fueling based on a power goal in the 900rwhp arena on pump E85, however our goals were blown out of the water once the car hit the dyno earlier this week. The final results landed at an extremely impressive 889rwhp/824rwtq on 93 pump gas, and 1,000rwhp/916rwtq on E85 at just 17psi on boost. The torque curve is extremely flat with this supercharger and combination from the car in general, and with a drag radial on the car will make for a menacing setup on both the street and track. We have several more 2650R installs coming up through the next few months, and look forward to sharing the results on those builds with everyone as well upon completion! Make sure to contact us today and see how a 2650R can help in improving the performance in your LT-powered ride!

David, you have anymore build results to share regarding the magnuson 2650? You mentioned you might share some add'l ones as they come up. Sent you a PM, will likely do one of them after christmas...TY
