It took a while but I sure am enjoying my 2017 corvette. I had an A/A TI supercharger installed with dual nozzle alky meth. It puts down 623 to the wheels. Everything is stock except for those 2 additions. I did have to get Cup 2 tires for traction. I’ve been running this for several fun filled months now and have had zero problems. If you’re in the Austin area check out Aikman Performance. They do amazing work and there tuning can’t be beat.

Glad to hear, congrats on the setup and the numbers! Over 600whp, I would worry about the LT1 non-forged stock pistons . Did your shop express any concern here or did they feel that the Alky-meth would keep things in check?

They are using the Alky Control up toward the limits. If I’m not mistaken the controller goes up too 8 and it’s set on7 and they felt it was safe. I’ve had it for 6 months like that with no problems. Of course time will tell but the shop I went too does tons of vettes and I trust there judgment. Thanks for your interest

Good Numbers for sure! I've been at 630/672 for about 4000 abusive miles with lt4 fuel system and a single m10 methanol nozzle and haven't had any issues with the pistons. Data logs are showing good IAT's with no knock detected. I think the general consensus is anything over 700 then you'd wanna start worrying about pistons. I think garret aka Cleetus McFarland has been close too if not in the 1000hp range with his for a while.
