I am looking for a 2019 Z06 automatic in Admiral Blue or Watkins Glen. I would love the Z07 package and prefer it to be stock. If anybody knows of one for a new member, I would appreciate the help. My wife bought a 2017 Grand Sport sapphire blue and now I am hooked.

They didn't make either of those colors in 2019, they were replaced by Elkhart Lake Blue and Shadow Grey

They made both those colors early in 2019 production and then discontinued them and replaced with Elkhart Lake Blue and Shadow Grey.

You are correct, did not realize that! Apparently they made 136 2019 Admirals and 370 2019 WGG.
