2014 Vert auto with only 27K miles
ok lets try this again.... asking price is 55,000.... orginal was removed because i didn't make it clear ... hopefully this cures the problem. Well this months Corvette Mag has an article showing current C7 values and I was shocked to see my really immaculate 2014 is valued at $60K plus. Since turning 78 this year and health issues kicking my butt I thought maybe I would see if there is any interest in purchasing it. It basically sits in my garage and only gets taken out every now and then. It deserves to have a more active life and enjoyed as it should. PM me for a link to my Dropbox account showing many pictures, option code plate, window sticker and other info. It is a 2014 Crystal Red Metallic Tintcoat convertible with only 27607 miles on it. Other options are 3LT Preferred Equipment Group with all that comes with that, six speed paddle shift trans, Multi-mode exhaust, red calipers, Jet Black interior, Black top, Sueded microfiber Seat inserts, completely stock... no mods. Came from the factory with Chrome Aluminum wheels but the first owner replaced them with Black polished rims. Clean carfax, lots of history available, 2022 map update done. This Vette is located in west Alabama. Any interest or want to see, just get in touch!

you get what you pay for.... every C7 that I have seen for under $40K either had huge mileage... rode hard put up wet or salvage title..... let the buyer beware! nuff said!

No I was looking for 58 to 60K but would consider a tad less. It's not the Z51.... I had a 2014 Z51 7 speed and it was a beast and was really way over my driving skills. It was fun but I could tell that it would bite you with little provacation. Plus my knees didn't much like the clutch work. I had it for a little over 4 years and a guy came by and bought it for exactly what I paid for it. This 2014 is the base Stingray with 6 speed auto trans, performance exhaust and 3LT. It's really fun to drive and no worries about exceeding my limits; plus the wife likes driving it too... she hated the 7 speed manual! My only reason for even thinking about letting this go is my health is going in the wrong direction and think that perhaps I should put my toys aside and just get by the best I can. Sad part is that I know in my heart if I sell this one that chances of me ever getting another is slim to none. Sooner or later the game comes to an end.... hate to admit it but this pretty Vette need s to go to someone who can put her on the road! I have a link to my Dropbox account with many pictures, option code plate, window sticker, etc if anyone might be interested. Thanks, Courtney

Well maybe my asking price is unrealistic but only way to find out is to put it out there. My experience is that cheaper is never better. I learned that from my father. He was the cheapest tightest dude I ever knew. He would spend hours with a hammer straightening out bent nails.... I tried it once but only took hitting my fingers a few times and I learned that buying new was so much easier, quicker, and more efficient! Dad never bought a new car.... they always had to be cheap and a deal.... then he would spend twice that getting/keeping them running. You gets what you pay for. All the C7's that I have seen in the 30/40's have been rode hard and put up wet or Salvage title.... flood damage you say? A few water drops.... what possibly could go wrong? lol. Mine is beautiful.... don't want to sell it, don't need to sell it, and if I croak before someone else buys it at least I got the pleasure of looking at it! But I would like to find it a new home. Any questions, just get in touch! Thanks, Courtney

Stop bullying the OP. He has the right to ask what he wants. I am 74 and on my 9th Vette- a 2016, triple black vert, Z51, 3LT, mag drive, chrome Corvette wheels and 7700 miles. I will have to face the reality of having to sell it sooner than I wanted….. at a price that I deem fair.

Hey Courtney, I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. I'm from the same generation as you. I too own 2014 red vert Z51 7 speed Manuel. Mine has 14k on the clock. The reason for my reply is to convince you not to sell your baby. I'm almost 80 and the garage queen lites up my life every time I look at it. I like you love to drive it! I encourage you not to sell something that brings you enjoyment.
All the Best to you.

hey Piper, the best I can do is $55,000. I sold my 04 Comm. Ed to a guy in PA and he had it picked up and hauled up there for $800 so look around... 2700 sounded a bit on the high side. Let me know.

The pricing comments that do not further the sale are violations of Forum rules. Take your “help” to private messages . Don’t care for the price move on. Enough!

Thanks Mr Moderator.... I was really getting tired of all the snarky un-helpful posts. Yes, it is priced high but if it was not in their pocket book then move on. I have dropped the price to $55,000 and want to see if any movement there. I do appreciate all the effort and work that goes on in this site! Take care, Courtney

Hi Ms Deb, sorry about the moderator confusion and I do appreciate the help with all the "helpful" suggestions! I have owned 10 Vettes over the years and not having one in my garage will be depressing for sure. So I am not in a real big hurry to let it go. I fooled around and sold the "Blues Brothers" about a year and a half ago. The Z51 had a 7 speed manual and my knees just didn't like all the clutch action and the Toyota was just way to big for me to climb in/out of! I am still crying over that deal. This Red one is a joy to drive with the 6 speed auto... my wife has even driven it though since her heart surgery she doesn't drive much any more. Anyway, I absolutely love this site.... so much info and helpful folks here. Thanks again... Courtney
