I am looking for a 2017-2019 C7 Grand Sport, 7 Speed Coupe manual under 10k miles. Looking for a Torch red but open to Arctic white as well. I am located in Dallas, Tx but open to anywhere in the US. My budget is $65-70k

Update 08/21: Found one and bought a 2019 GS 1 LT with 7k miles for $64K.

Mine checks a couple of your boxes. It's still for sale locally (closed this thread though). If/when you have to concede the miles, this might be the one for you. You also didn't mention coupe or convertible

I have a 2018 GrandSport Coupe 2LT Arctic White with Red Interior M7. I has ~18500 miles. I know that's higher than what you were looking for but if you're interested I can get it cleaned up and take some photos. I'm looking at the bottom end of your price range so I'm sure we could work something out. Let me know!
