I actually have closer to 500 mils on it and it runs/drives/cools absolutely flawless. You must not have read my ad as this corvette is only for sale for an unexpected family situation that just came about. Going further into detail, my house is also for sale for $479,900. My unborn Grand Daughter due May 17th has her heart on the wrong side of her body, has a underdeveloped heart valve, and a hole in her heart. There are several very expensive surgery's planned and I am stepping in to help out and move closer to my Daughter so we can help financially and emotionally. This is the ONLY reason this corvette is for sale or it would not be sold. I did not put all this money into it to take a HUGE loss like this I can promise you that... I am not a happy guy selling this Corvette....

What a badass and complete car! What tire setup were you on when you ran the 9.3? What tuning software is used on this build? I'm guessing HP Tuners? Thanks!

I ran 18" Hoosier P335/30R18 drag radials on the rear on this 9.30 run. With a few more runs and practice, I am sure I would have been knocking on that 8 second pass but the track would not let me run anymore without a roll cage and parachute running 156mph... I am running HP Tuners and Crawford racing stand alone system for the secondary fuel system.
Thanks for the wishes and prayers...very much appreciated.

Thank you!! When I ran the car I had it on track mode and after the fact realized that many say touring mode is best for weight transfer at the track. On the road touring mode is MUCH better for traction so no doubt that 8 second pass if just a matter of traction and practice...

Thank you. I have a ton of internet but no money in hand yet. I have so much money into this corvette it is just silly... $40,000 into motor upgrades, $4800 fuel system upgrades, $4,000 stereo upgrades, $1500 wet-sanding/buffing, $5,000 in extra tires/rims, $1200 in band new lithium battery, $500 car cover, $2300 corsa back exhaust, $2,200 american racing headers, the list just goes on and on and on and on... Not long ago this would have went for 6 figures.... I might consider $80K but not a penny less... Thanks Again.

This is not a post of where a forum member has a great experience trying to buy a car that I read about here all the time.
I called Gary and spoke to him about his car. Seemed like a good guy and took the time to tell me about the car. I was interested in buying it and I had him send me as many receipts of the stuff he put on the car. He texts me that someone put a $500 deposit down and was trying to arrange a loan and that he would let me know if that deal fell through. I decided to move on to the next opportunity. He texts me back the next day that the prior deal could not be accomplished and asked if I wanted to buy the car. I offered 79k for everything except the dragster wheels package. He countered with 81k. I countered with 79k and he could keep the subs, amp and sub box and he agreed on the deal and we spoke about the car for 1 hour. I told him that I was buying a ticket to Green Bay as soon as I got off the phone so that my son could fly out there tomorrow to pick up the car. He offered to find out the closest hotel were my son could stay the night. At no time did he say that this was not acceptable to him. He tells me how to wire transfer the money from my bank as I have never bought a used car sight unseen and I was trusting him at this point. The next morning ,he texts me that he won't take less than 81.5 k now. I call him back within minutes of the text and leave a message to call me and I did not say anything on the voice message other for him to call me but there was phone silence and he never calls me back. I wait till this morning and text a response that we had agreed on the price and the deal and now I am out a plane ticket fare as I made the wrong decision of getting a nonrefundable ticket and of trusting him at his word. He never texts me back a response and I wait 8 hours and I decide to call him from a different phone number and he immediately takes the call. I asked him if he got my phone message and text message and he states he was too busy to get back to me. Now he is not to busy to text someone when he is trying to sell the car or he is not to busy to pick up a random phone number as that might be another sucker trying to buy his car. He states that he was sorry that he did not mean for there to be miscommunication . I told him I was crystal clear on what I offered and at no time did he say no to the deal as we talked for 1 hour. Where I grew up if you agreed on a deal then as a man you honor that deal. There was no gun to his head, he could just easily have told me no deal and I would have walked away. Don't waste my time if you now state you are not going to sell the car b/c you put too much money into the car and you want to change the price on the agreed deal from day to day. I told him that is not how you do business. That is bullshit. I don't want any other forum members to put up with that kind of crap . Buyer beware. Sorry about the soap opera rant . Leo
