Patience is a virtue, GM is in the business to make money, not hold back on supply and demand, many dealers who are trying to mark cars up or not negotiate will be those that will never keep long term customers, short term thinking on the dealers part is long term customer loss.

Does it make more sense to wait for a $6k discount after another $2k price increase? Glad I didn't wait as I saved $3200 on top of my $2500 discount by having my Z51 sold order in before the March price increase.

Waiting for a bigger discount on a higher price car only keeps you out of it that much longer and probably spending the same amount.

Default C7 Patience is a Virtue!

there Are some large chain dealerships in the southeast that is selling c7 at MSRP.
in the past these dealers have competed against one another making it a capital market for everybody to try to get the best price they possibly can.

by selling at MSRP they Have decided to become a monopoly thus eliminating competition for the c7 at their particular dealerships.

in one case A dealer told me it was a corporate decision.

go on to autotrader.com there more than a thousand c7's available.

As the supply and demand curve change The C7's will go down in price.

Those dealers that continue to Gouge its customers will lose customers long term.

I Applaud The dealers that are discounting the cars at least allowing those customers to feel like they can get a good deal.

if you have / find a RED Z51 auto with 2LT package, I'm interested. My C6 is up for sale right now and I'm a buyer when it's sold ... Thanks, Bob Devery text: 703-786-2147
