When I spoke with him last week he said he had purchased the car for $115K.
He was now asking $85K for it.
I asked him what the actual MSRP on the window sticker was and he said $79K.
I told him good luck with the sale and politely told him I was not interested at that price.

03/26/14 DENVER Regular $74,500 110 Avg Blue 8CY M Yes
$115k LMAO.
So it looks like it switched hands twice, I highly doubt a dealership would pay $40k over what it last ran at auction for.

Here's the applicable rule:

1. Commercial Sales:
Supporting vendors pay for the considerable bandwidth charges on the Forum, making it free for the rest of us. In exchange, they get the privilege of using the Forum to market and promote their goods and services.

In the future, if any member feels a forum rule has been broken, we ask that you click on this icon under your user name to report the thread/post to a Moderator:
By doing this, a Moderator will be notified and can review the thread to confirm if a rule has been violated.
In most cases, I would have deleted this thread, but since members have caught the rule violation before a Mod. was able to do so, I have closed the thread posting the reason why, so that you can see that you were correct and to let you know that it has been addressed.
While we're talking about rules, here's another one of the 22 worth looking at:

If you have suggestions for the improvement of the Forum, questions or criticism of the Forum or its moderation, you are welcome to PM or e-mail a moderator. Please do not use an open thread for such messages, however.
That would include, but is not limited to discussions about who has been banned and why.
The work on the Forum's volunteer moderators is difficult enough without having folks calling them out in open threads.
