It's a free country and everyone can do what they want, but the market determines the value of something and right now almost everyone is happily paying $2,000 for $3,000. There will always be trolls who think they should get a better deal than everyone else because they are special but what's new in regards to that? The fact that they like to dump in threads in which they have no sincere interest just reveals who they really are deep down as a person. Miserable, angry, and lonely with nothing better to do

I am actively looking for GM points and not a troll. I'm trying to find what the market value is for $3K.

Negotiate your best price with the dealership, and then use my earnings for a further $3000 reduction. Can be used for your ordered car or if buying from dealer inventory.

Asking $2000 for $3000 in savings; net saving for you will be at least $1000 (or MORE depending on your state/sales tax~rebate rules). I have enough earnings to help 3 Corvette buyers. First come, first serve.

Simple and easy to do.
Please send me a private message or reply to this thread if interested.

Typical modern day 'Amerikan'.

Fellow member of this board is trying to make a few extra bucks in a mutually beneficial trade with another member, and, some bitter third party wishes the initiation of violence against them (and believe me the IRS is just violence, or the threat thereof at the end of the day).

What's next making sure the little girl with the lemonade stand files a 1040 ? Oh wait... it's not like you she can run a lemonade stand without a permit anyway.

Got it!

I always took a $500 non-refundable deposit from people who were 100% sure they were buying so that I knew the points were spoken for. That has a way of eliminating any non-serious buyers up front who don't have intentions on following through. That was the only was I was going to tell others there were none left available for sale.

Good luck

Total BS I am sure. While you are shopping you are missing the deal. I sold my points for $2,000 you're getting 1000 for nothing why is that a bad deal. You did not do the work to earn the points. Why should you expect get the same benefits that the seller is getting? The next time I sell my point it will be 2000 then as well never sell them for any less. I believe you are just a troll that more than likely drives a little Honda with a fart can on it and will never drive or own a Corvette.

When you use the rebate, do they take it off the price before they calculate sales tax or after? Thanks.

Mike

The points are not a rebate....
They are considered a form of payment....
The 3k comes off after tax has been calculated....

I purchased 3k from BGZQ8 last year.....smooth transaction !

It is a rebate but the deal is some states like TN and FL charge sales tax BEFORE the rebates are deducted while some states tax AFTER rebates are deducted.

Putting a buyers name on a credit card? Does that expose them to being able to charge items to your credit card? And does that lead them to your credit rating etc...

I would like to help out a friend who is in a little trouble financially as he is buying a less expensive GM car etc...but his divorce is killing his credit score so he is paying cash...

Any info would be appreciated.
