My 2011 Z07 keeps getting a CEL that gives the message of a bad catalytic converter. I think I've had 4 replaced in 3 years. It's not always the same side. Dealer doesn't know why it's happening, so they keep replacing them. It'll be good for several months and then happen again. The car drives fine. It's used 95% for the track and the motor, exhaust, etc is all stock, now at 22k miles.
I read there was a TSB for something like this for the 2008-2009 cars. Does anybody else have experience with this? Is it related to the amount of track use?

Is the matrix melted, or is the efficiency just low?

I never asked. They just replaced them. I will this time. Probably get it replaced next week and I'll ask them.

You are outside the S/N range, but maybe it has been updated. The first time my 09 got the code, my dealer replaced one of the cats. The next time I took this TIL in and they reflashed it and I've not had problems for a long time.
