Pardon my ignorance but how exactly do extended thread lug nuts work? If i put a spacer don't i automatically have less "lug" to screw on to? How do these lug nuts change that?
I'm sure it's something extremely basic that's I'm missing but I just don't understand.
Besides that tho it seems the conencus is that spacers can also prematurely wear out the wheel bearings. I mean, I don't really drive the car other than weekend joy rides here and there nor do I race or track it so maybe the bearing problem wouldn't be an issue for me really? Don't know....
Get the spacers and the lugs linked and bolt them on. Its literally that easy. Ive used 5mm, 10mm, and .50in spacers with the stock studs and the gorilla extended thread lugs.

Look at the link i posted for the extended thread lugs. They thread through the hole in the wheel where the stud is instead of stopping at the seat of the wheel. Its rather hard to explain.

I use the ones you showed in the picture, they came with their own lug nuts and I torque them to 100 lbs also the wheels and no problems, until I get the ZR1 wheels I wanted with the right offset. They were Hub-centric.

I just purchased and installed these (hubcentric), up to 70mph today with no wobble or anything.... and the stance looks AMAZING!!! I've walked out to the garage 3 times already just to look at it.

I should tell you that I had to cut a portion of the original stud away. The first 1/4" of the stud does not have thread (almost like a guide) and the wheel wouldn't lay flush without clipping these off (extends past the adapter).
Also the wheel fits extremely tight on the adapter hub. I punched them in with an impact gun, pulled the nuts back out and torqued to spec. Took under 2 hours for the whole job... good luck.
