Default raising car on stock bolts

Back in 07 I lowered my car using the stock bolts. Just installed my 19/20 set of 360 forged multies with new Michelin SS. These tires are bigger than others of same size Ive had on the car. Hitting a dip the rears rubbed at wheel wells, not good!!! We tried to raise back and found stock bolts frozen, we managed to get an impact on bolt head and no budge. Has anybody ran into this situation? What was the fix? Thanks

Soak Them with PB Blaster or a similar lubricant. Car should be unloaded before turning these bolts and I would never use an impact wrench on them.

Ran in to it on a couple cars, we had to remove the mono leaf and put the head of the bolt in a vise.

Once the car is lifted, put a bottle jack on the end of the leaf spring and jack the spring until there is no pressure on the bolt pad that touches the control arm. you can spin it by hand

We had the car on a drive on hoist, used a tranny jack and an exhaust jack to unload. Has to be some serious corrosion. Will try all tips next go around. This car has lived its life in MW Montana, the thawing chemicals they use on our roads is hell on metals.
Thanks for input!
