Lethal Racing and my Z06
Wanted to post this, as I just Can't say enough good things about these guys. I purchased my Z06 sight unseen, and the previous owner was kind enough to take it, and drop it off at Lethal Racing for me to get a few things done. This is always a little scary when you spend this much money, and are now leaving your car in the hands of someone you have never met. But Shawn was excellent in calming my fears. When the car arrived, he emailed me pictures, and kept me up-to-date with all that was going on. He took time after hours and even on the weekends to give me a call, and discuss progress. This went a long way, as I knew I wasn't being put on the back burner, or forgotten about. I was finally able to make the 16 hr round trip to drive down and pick up the car, and meet the folks at Lethal about a month later. They have one of the nicest, cleanest, well organized shops I have ever been in. They took care of the car just like I would, but it was the small things that I noticed, that blew me away. From getting the spray detail out, and carefully wiping off finger prints, to backing my rig up, and loading the car, to even taking time to carefully wrap the ratchet straps.... These guys are amazing. The car was better than I had hoped. It drives simply wonderful. So to Shawn, and all the fellows at Lethal Racing, thanks for the great experience!

Phenomenal! The auto was the ticket! Absolutely love it! 523 at the wheels through the auto with stock intake and exhaust. Car is quiet and unsuspecting...until you open her up.

Beautiful Z!!!!
One quick question, are those covers for the side reflectors/brake lights or vinyl tinting? I just had my wheels powdercoated (looks nowhere near as amazing as yours) but was thinking about blacking the whole thing out. Thanks, and again, NASTY RIDE!!!
P.S. I'd love to see a video of this car.... startup, walk around, rev!!

Thanks! Ported/Milled heads, Phantom Cam with supporting mods, ss exhaust valves with new guides, cai, catted x
Yep! For me, the older I get, the more "like stock" I like them. With the exh valves closed, she's nice and quiet!! Especially with the Dynomat. See above for the heads/cam details. This was tuned on 89 octane as well.. I explained to Shawn that we can't get 93, only 91, and its fairly stale by the time we get it (small town). There's definitly more to be had with larger intake/exhaust etc... But it's quick enough for me as it sits. Plus... I want the tranny to live :p
