They are matte textured black in 18/19 setup.

That looks awesome... I'd love to do something like this also.
Are the matte blacks hard to keep clean? Do they look dirty when dirty?

They seem very easy to wash and don't show brake dust when they are dirty. This is part of the reason I went with this color.
