Default Front tires question

A friend is planning to buy these new set of nittos :

Fronts : NT555R 285/35-18

REARS : NT05R 345/30-19

Someone said the front is not ok !! it must not be a drag radial ,

1- will that affects the handling of the car ?

2- Are those drag radials or street radials ?

3- is the size ok compared to the stock size 275 ?

the NT05R is a great option for a 19" tire with decent street traction with 32 psi in the rears and making up around 525 rwhp. When I ran those on the rear I was able to hook middle of second gear. I run 285 NT05 non "r" fronts that are very sticky and compliment the rears even in the twisties. The 555r is not as sticky on the street as the Nt05 but will last longer

That's the concern , why run sticky tires on front !! so they will be fine for daily drive ?
