Default The next and hopefully final performance step for my z

Just bought a Mantic 9000 twin disc/flywheel/pilot bearing/bleeder kit from Doug@East Coast Supercharging..
And I bought a set of stock ls7 heads from a member here.. He's shipping directly to WCCH for the st.2 upgrade with manley springs and the che rockers..

Ill be selling my stock heads w/ comp springs when these are installed..

I did a lot of research on clutches before choosing this one, Ill give a full report on these two upgrades.. Also the exhaust control will be installed as well.. This keeps the valves closed past 3500rpms, so its quiet all the way to 7k rpms or loud as fark..

Btw my 07 LMB z made 565rwhp in 95* heat and high humidity with the following mods:
kooks longtubes, offroad pipe, zr1 catback
ported fast102, nw102tb, halltech
iw 10% dampner
lg x4 cam kit

I should have done the heads the first time around, but oh well.. Im happy I havent dropped a valve yet.. crossing fingers.. All should be done within a month..
Im trying to make this the last performance mod to the z06.. I had a 1k rwhp stang before and def dont want to go down that route again.. If I do anything to this car down the road itll be that caravaggio interior and a set of 360 or adv1 wheels..

Dropped my car off today at Ross Downing, to Darren.. I love it.. one of the top selling corvette dealers in the country.. They have sold more vettes then anyone in La in the last 20yrs I believe.. had 2 zr1, a 427 vert, Carbon z06 w/ 800 miles, etc. on the floor..

The previous shop I had my car at said they have never heard of the valve problem, its over revving, the drivers, bla bla bla.. obviously they werent in the know and dont work on enough of these cars..

I asked the first two mechanics at this dealership, ever heard of a valve droppin in the ls7s?? Both of them said hell ya.. We had one last week.. Blew a hole through the block!!

Cant wait to get my car back!

Yup,
Im done. I had a twin turbo 1k hp stang.. Went overboard and ended up hating it.. I wont do a power adder on this car..
Id like some caravaggio seats and a set of wheels one day.. maybe some centinneal interior pieces.. thats about all I wanna do.. Next step is a better house and then one day Ill get a porsche turbo.

C.H.E. rockers going with it, and the rev ls7 1.615 8mm 5.230 w/ .290 tip SS exhaust valves, manley dual springs, bronze guides which you tell me are in the heads, definitely a winner and I wish you the best with the setup.
