New heads, headers, and Akrapovic
I finally finish the "winter" project after a bit of a shopping spree with some of the forum vendors. Thanks again to Precision Race Components (PRC), Maryland Speed, and Southern Car Parts for the extremely fast service and great products.
I gave my 06 a decent update last month to further compliment the Livernois stage 2 cam. Updates included a new set of PRC 265cc heads with titanium intake and stainless steel exhaust valves, Kooks 1 7/8 long tube headers, Kooks 3" catted x-pipe, and a Akrapovic stainless slip-on to finish it all off.
The car sounds absolutely amazing and I can't wait for the snow to melt and roads to be cleaned so I can drive it...only another 2 months or so.
On a side note, I noticed that with the new heads my valve train is significantly quieter. The "sewing" machine sound that I had previously, is essentially gone.

Solid stainless exhaust valves?
Everyone knows they are about 3 more pounds than the stock exhaust valves and will kill performance, float and make the engine "rev" slower.
Other than that, congrats on the build

After I did the heads and cam, my valve train with the upgraded valves @ guides is significantly louder. I have heard it go both ways, anyone know why?

I have no idea what the lifter preload was set to... I'd have to ask the shop. Could something be wrong with my valve train if it's loud? I mean it is noticeably louder. I had nearly no sewing machine noise before, but it's definitely there now. Could the headers make this louder too?

I will post more once I get the tune finalized and the snow vanishes so I can actually drive it. The second video I posted has a few more variations of the car idling and revving.
