Real simple answer, every bolt on you can get. If your looking to get the most without opening up your engine. Get the snake charmer cai, the headers, the intake the TB, a tune and there you go. If you wanna spend about 3grand do the rear end and get 3.90's or 4.10's!!!!
If your looking for best bang for your buck, get a mild cam. It all depends on what route you wanna go.

1. Full Bolt-on's + Tune + Nitrous (100-150hp)
Should put you (with a clutch and tire) in the 140mph+ range and hurting a lot of ego's.

I just saw this issue Saturday on Horsepower TV. They strapped a stock Z06 onto a dyno and did the test runs. I think the stock numbers at the rear wheels was around 465hp. They then installed an HP Tuner with a computer and managed 504hp at the rear wheels. Perhaps someone else can remember the torque numbers.
