Default Vengeance Built 2006 C6 Z06 H/C/I makes 609/554!! Dyno/Vid/Pics INSIDE!!

We have put together a nice heads/cam/intake package for a LONG time and DEAR friend to everyone here at Vengeance Racing! He brought his stock C6 Z to us with goals of having that big nasty cam sound and great power while still retaining wonderful drivability!! We already had in mind what to do with his cylinder heads and intake manifold....but wanted to come up with something a bit more "radical" on his camshaft, and Ron has definitely achieved that!!

Modifications include:

VR Stage III Cam Kit (which includes)
VR Custom Camshaft
VR Dual Spring Kit w/ Titanium Retainers
Hardened Pushrods
Comp Trunion Kit
Katech C5R Timing Chain

WCCH Stage 2 LS7 Cylinder Heads-milled .025
FAST 102 intake manifold
Nick Williams 102 Throttle Body
Pfadt Racing Tri-Y Longtube headers & Catted Xpipe

Maybe these Pfadt headers are money!

What the heck are the cam specs?

Ryan, I have H/C, etc now, making 540rw/498 and want to move up - bigger cam and FAST, etc. Can you discuss your cam's specs (I know some of the tuners do so freely and some keep everything a secret) and more importantly discuss the driveability - surging, etc? What comp ratio do you end up at with the .025 shaveage?

PM is fine if you prefer.

Thanks!

Very embarrassed to say "I don't remember."

It's something like 236/244 with ~.630 lift on a 114, which is probably already plenty for the street, occasional HPDE's but you know us, when is "already plenty" ever good enough??!?

That is a lot of power with such a slight compression bump. What correction factor are you using?

Crazy numbers!!! Looks like the car still has the GY runflats... I think he may have a little trouble getting all of that power to the ground........ unless he is in 5th gear.

Why would bother bringing it back to the top and not answer any of the questions ... what a hollow sales technique, I'd have expected more from a business Ron is running.

Cheers, Paul.

We use the SAE correction factor to keep "apples for apples" for most on the board!
