Which model SS valves and single beehive springs did you use?

It's official. The heads I bought (from FL) arrived at WCCH ten days ago on May, 20. I have been stalling and waiting for the VALVETRAIN DYNAMICS TESTING results. Over the months I have been writing down many questions to ask Richard at WCCH and Jason at KATECH. Today, when I talked to him (Richard) on the phone, EVERY one of his answers, to the many questions I had, gave me the confidence to go with a SS one piecers, bronze guides and a Stage II valve job.

I wouldn't pay for all of that and not add a TORQUER 110 and C5-R timing chain either.

One of my many questions for Richard, after reading a thread about some heads with stripped spark plug threads was; "Richard, would you mind checking the threads for the spark plugs?" I bought the heads from a shop in FL and had them shipped straight to WCCH. His response was; "I checked the threads for the spark plugs and the rocker pedestal threads. Every thing is good, the heads look really good." Good heads came from Griffee in FL with 10,200 miles.

I can not wait for the install (Probably mid June.) and Dyno results. Add SSMOKE to the list Quick.

Hey Howie , unfortunately car is not running , still in shop broken Trans . GM was going to do a good will repair , they thought it was only rear output bearing , but now getting deeper in the Trans , synchros are bad also so they are backing out of the deal maybe only covering half. .. So I'm back to considering dumping the car all together . just tired of screwing with it. might know more tomorrow .
Sorry for the hijack guys
