Default A Look Inside a Ported Fast LSXR

These are some pictures of a LSXR I just ported....just wanted to show you guys why I like to port these. the runners leak so I use a sealent

Bell Mouth on Left Side Reshaped



Bell Mouth and Runner Ported All the Way Through



Top Seals Sanded Down and Resealed. From the factory you can see daylight on some of the runners.



Top Sanded Down Resealed....Bottom Untouched



Floor and Underside Runners Complete

Chad, are you using a emory cloth "flap" wheel on this? My FAST 102 will be in Monday and I'm thinking about going through it myself before I install it.

Please PM me any info/instructions that you have.

I use a 80 an 120 grit sand paper roll. at 1000rpm on a die grinder...

Thanks i use an epoxy mix on the top, under and inter seals...then sand them down..

it's tuff to get alot out of the lsxr just not alot you can take out....but i've seen 4-5hp

I spent most of the afternoon on mine. I pretty much duplicated your runners (not as nice as yours) but I'm not able to get to the "pillars" inside.

You can use a single hacksaw blade (just the blade alone) to take those out.
