6 bolt, thicker deck, and a few other nice upgrades. If you can afford aftermarket they are better IMO. All Pro, Mast, PRC, Brodix, etc all make aftermarket LS7 heads.

If you want a boosted application, go with the MAST heads. If you are staying NA, stock ported will out perform them in every department.
The RHS is comparable to mildly worked stock heads.

Do the aftermarket heads still have offset rockers?

Not necessarily, but if you go solid roller, they are superior with the rocker design.
With the LS7 heads, you own them. So the cost of guides, a valvejob, and a good solid exhaust valve, you save from the RHS. If you start bare, its a toss up.
Yes, lots of both. When we are ready, we will share. We are not ready, and may not be ready for some time, but my customers can gain that knowledge should they pick a heads/cam package from us.
The MAST is basically a stock LS7 with a larger port volume, and the heads typically lack the velocity due to the large port. Who cares if its got a blower on it or twins. I wouldnt use ANY other head if I were planning on making 900+. NA? Not so much.
Yes.

I think he was saying MAST for FI ("The MAST is basically a stock LS7 with a larger port volume, and the heads typically lack the velocity due to the large port. Who cares if its got a blower on it or twins. I wouldnt use ANY other head if I were planning on making 900+. NA? Not so much." quote from Lou in one of these here threads)
My take anyway...

I just had MAST Heads and their cam installed at FJ Performance out of Pittsburgh, PA. with Kooks headers, Killer Bee 2 and FJ's tune it dyno'd:
STD 592HP / 527TQ
SAE 579HP / 516TQ
the dyno graph shows the car needs a bigger intake and/or bigger exhaust.

I've been talking with Mast and getting ready to purchase. Which Mast Cam did you go with? I'm looking at the 246/260, 659/666 cam.

Cary is a genius, I purchased one of the (if not the last set of C5-R) heads from ETP before he left. The heads are a marvel! MAST heads are extremely good heads! Best of luck in your decision making...

What are the cam specs? What kind of dyno?

With those numbers, I'm going to speculate that it is the same cam as I referenced above in my previous post and what was tested in this article:

Which is very similar to the Black Widow Cam.
