My 09 z06 built by cms was a beast. 633rwhp n/a h/c, fast, 102tb, 2" at headers, ect. On a 150 shot it made 777rwhp and was FAST. Well, not its time to step it up!


So talking to Ryne Cunningham, owner and personal friend of CMS, and we talked about this for a while. I really didn't want to jump into something this serious and not be happy. And honestly I have the funds to do this once. So long story short, after many different potential builds, we went with:


LSX block 427ci

Lunati pro series crank

Callie's rods

CP custom pistons

9.5.1 compression

Arp studs throughout

6 bolt Brodix heads from Richard @ WCCH w/ stage3 cnc port

Zr1 trans

Ecs trans/diff brace

E85

Gm single plane manifold

102tb

Dss 3.5" drive shaft and output shaft for diff

And last but not least, a Dallas performance F2 kit!

Other stuff I'm forgetting I'm sure. I will post a thorough build part list and pics soon.


I'm very excited to say the least! My block is done. I have the trans and fuel system. Waiting on heads and blower kit. Spoke to Chris @ DP this week and hopefully my kit should have finished on Friday or he said early this week.

Also waiting on clutch and little odds and ends.

Some of you may have seen my z before. It's the all black side exhaust one. I can't wait to hear the side exhaust screamin now!!!

We just bought the kit from them. The car is being built at Cunningham motor sports. If I lived in texas Dallas performance would be where I would go.


Hopefully if I can drive it. Lol. I actually sold my whole motor fast intake to oil pan.

Paulie thats awesome man. I cant wait to see the car when its all said and done. The car was a work of art before. Now its just going to be insane. I cant wait for a ride in this beast.

Up for a race 10-110?.....We cant go past that because thats where you might hook hahaha

Not a problem man. We need to meet up at some point as well so I can give you the drums for the E85.



Screw it I will run you from a 60-160 run, I dont mind losing, plus it will just make a really good video to show people how bad you walk a 600rwhp built c6z. It would be pretty sweet to see you just pull away like I am standing still hahah.
