Default Who can I send my heads to for valve guides, and valves upgrade?

I dont want a stock valve breaking and destroying my new shortblock, so who do you recommend that I can send my heads to have upgrade them? They are LS7 heads that came off at 25,000 miles.

WCCH, talk to Carlos at QM you can run them through him to get a better deal, a little over $1500 for SS valves, bronze guides, porting and milling.

I would also recommend Richard @ WCCH. I had my LS7 heads completely done.

Rudy, I would send them to Advance Induction. They are in Concord, NC...closer to you, and they also have a great reputation and very reasonably priced.

WCCH for sure. Richard knows his stuff and he's done a lot of LS7 "fixes". Give him a call and talk to him about your issues. Learn

I'll have to check them out too. I'm looking at all the options. PRC does a head exchange for a race ported set for around $1000. But not sure what valve guides they use yet. Plus I have some local machine shops I am going to talk to.

Either go to RPM or WCCH they both seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help when I called about doing some head work.

Screw it. Sell your LS7 heads and get a set of Richard's All Pro heads.

Sounds like an awesome car .

There has to be a reason so many people recommend WCCH, Richard knows his stuff and does great work. I can tell you first hand he does what he can to help. I know it's not the cheapest thing to do, but even if you're not going for a high HP build, I think it's well worth it for the piece of mind once you're out of warranty.
