Default Dyno results, Cam+stock manifolds

Customer Requested to have a car with a mild boost in performance, he wanted to have a little lope, but it to still pass smog, in addition he wanted reliabilty because he does road course the car and do alot of high speed roll racing....

Car: 08 C6 z06

Mods: Halltech Air intake, CMS Custom grind camshaft package (mild), WCCH fixed up heads (bronze guides, stainless exhaust valves, comp valve job, no porting at all), cometic .040" head gasket, and straight piped rear section exhaust.

results, i am impressed, it took me a few days to really come up with anf decide upon a camshaft for this particular combination... it has a nice little lope, but driveablity is like stock, no joke!

Thanks for the post Ryne. You delivered exactly what I asked for. Drives like stock, smooth and awesome power, and a nice lope.

It runs awesome and the lope sounds wicked. And the extra power, well, if you run into a certain blacked out, modded new CTS-V coupe, I'm sure he can tell you

I don't think there is another mod that can produce the power a cam will make for the money, C5/6/Z06.........N20 excluded

Man I want a setup like this, hows the stock clutch do with this kind of power? When just using the car for cruising/rolls no digs

Ryne can answer this, but this was a big concern for me as well. Aside from what was mentioned above, I told him I did not want to have to replace my clutch anytime soon. He said the LS7 clutch holds up well to this power level and if I don't do stuff from a dig, I should have no problems. And after 7-10 pulls today, I had no clutch problems whatsoever. Even after 3 back to back pulls with almost no cooldown.

I'm sure there will be a good amount of footage of my car and two other CMS H/C C6Z's at our Airstrip Event in 2 weeks (www.shift-s3ctor.com)
