I purchased one of their mounts recently for my C6Z to go with my Escort 8500 X50, and am really pleased with it. It is a more expensive mount, but its built very well, and very adjustable. I also purchased one of their HardTap (hard wiring kits), and am pleased with that as well -- it plugged into the wiring harness of my mirror, and was an easy install overall.

I just bought a visor mount and invisicord package, but now I'm trying to decide if the blendmount is worth the extra cost over the visor mount for my escort redline.

It's really hard to press the release button with the visor mount because I cant fit my finger inbetween the mount and the top of the detector. The position right uner the mirror makes it easier to see too.

Ordered my Blendmount and Wire Tap late afternoon on Monday, got it Wednesday! You guys rock.

Installed last night and all I can say is Wow! I wasn't super thrilled about spending 120.00 for a radar mount, but this thing fits perfect and holds the detector rock steady. Couldn't be happier.

When you see the Blendmount, it is a very nicely done mount. When you think about the cost to produce, design, and the materials used it is probably worth every cent. I was skeptical also when I first decided to offer this product but once I installed it in my Vette I was 100% sold.

What are your thoughts? Worth it, or over priced?

Yup...The "Blendmount mirror tap" is the short wiring harness that taps into the molex plug on the back of the mirror. Everything is real clean; finally got around to installing mine this past weekend.
