Like that title says. What Length and brand of push rods do you guys run when you mill your LS7 heads?
I know stock length is 7.800 so I was thinking of dropping to (7.750)

Melting Slicks
Depends on the cam base circle, lifters, gasket thickness, etc......but with my heads I had to drop down to a 7.750. But mine are only flat milled around .010 and the rest of my port work was angle milled from WCCH.

As Lane_Change stated, it depends on a lot of variables. I have a Lethal cam and ended up with a 7.750 pushrod with my .030 milled stock heads. You really should measure but I bet the 7.750 would be close with stock head gaskets and similar base circle cam like the Lethal.

Thank you both, and yes I know the mechanics of this, and all the variables, just wanted to get some solid feedback from those that have already done this. Thanks again.

Burning Brakes
I did 7.775 so .025 shorter and these worked for my lethal cam setup. Make sure you order the right ones as it took the place I ordered from 3 times to get it right

I run the Manley Nex-Tek Springs. They were rated good and Ragin recommended them with the cam. I run PAC's on my LS6 and they seem good too. I would run what the cam manufacturer suggests as they have a larger experience base. Good luck Amigo. You will love the car with the bigger cam. Everyone loves the sound of a cammed up car....
