Default Aftermarket Cylinder Heads?

Facts are :
Exhaust Valve guides wear more before inlet guides do, then sodium exhaust valves dont seat correctly, then valve head breaks off, then engine goes bang, then
Preventive maintenance seems to be the key.
Looking at installing best available parts that will give most reliability.
Have Katech Torquer 110 cam ready to be installed.
-Was going to replace Sodium exhaust valves with Ferrea Super alloy valves as sodium exhaust valves will always have a question mark on their reliability
-Reuse Titanium inlet valves?
-Replacing both inlet and exhaust valves guides with Ferrea bronze
-PAC beehive valve springs
-Steel retainers (best for longevity vs titanium), spring bases and valve locks
-GM lifters
-Yella Terra roller rockers
-Push rods?

But hey, still alot of work and expensive so why not bite the bullet and bolt on some test proven aftermarket CNC ported heads?
Whats available and at what prices?

My application is to a street driven Vette in New Zealand (Go the "All Blacks" in the World Cup Rugby) with the following mods : 110 Katech Torquer cam, Killer Bee 2, Kooks headers and Corsa mufflers. Hopefully, if I go new heads I will still retain close to the same fuel economy of 30mpg on a cruising trip running on pump gas

That's definitely a primo setup! Are you making 600HP at the wheels, or damn close to it?

I can understand that using a slightly higher lift cam the fuel economy will decrease slightly and that fuel economy is in relation to hp used. But having a better flowing aftermarket head will that be the reason for the decrease in fuel economy?
