My Experience with 360 Forged and Custom Wheels For Less
Awhile back I decided I wanted new wheels/tires for my 2010 Z06. I started looking around at the different wheel brands. I considered several different brands, but settled on 360 Forged, their Concave Mesh 8's. My thoughts were "sweet looking" and "bad azz" wheels (in their online brochure posted on forum) so I decided those would be what I wanted for my "Z.......
Then on a Saturday evening, Gerry, from Custom Wheels For Less (forum vendor) had post a advertisement about these exact wheels in the exact size and in the exact finish I wanted. So I contacted him as soon as I saw his post, made deposit and completed transaction that next week with 360 Forged.
I had decided to do 360 Forged/Wheels For Less wheel and tire package because not only does it insulate the buyer from some 'Joe' who does not have the knowledge or skill to deal with these wide azz wheels/tires-potential to damage new forged wheels, but also the convienence of getting the wheel/tire already mounted/balanced and therefore install them myself and it saved me a few bucks.
The new wheels/tires arrived:
They were affixed/strapped to a pallet, each wheel individually wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and heavy mil plastic. They were shipped to me by UPS Freight without incident. Upon un-wrapping, I found the wheels/tires in brand new condition, no marks, no scratches, not so much as a blemish on the inside of the wheels. They appeared "better" than the online brochure.
Mounting:
I removed my factory Speedlines. The first gen GoodYear runflats have over 50% trad remaining. I'm totally surprised. I mounted the new 360's. Gerry from Custom Wheels For Less, comped me my lugs. THANKS AGAIN GERRY. I tightened the lugs as manual calls for. Here's where I GOOFED......
360 Forged had also installed new TPMS sensors. I programmed the new sensors to my 'Z, Thanks BEZ06 for your help with this part. I was successful on first attempt. Don't know why GM did not continue installing the TPMS as they did in 2010. NO TOOLS REQUIRED, ONLY in 2010 model and some '11's according to BEZ06....what a shame.
Test Drive #1:
The wheels roll down the highway and I'm experiencing huge vibration, especially in the steering wheel. I turn around, back to house. I emailed Gerry and Osmany from 360 Forged. Osmany from 360 asked me if had removed the factory retaining rings off my rotors. NO, I did NOT I replied. That's why I had to go back and remove wheels and replace a second time. They (both Gerry, CWFL and Osmany, 360 Forged) responded to me QUICKLY when I emailed them.
TIP: whenever installing aftermarket wheels, remove the retaining rings off the rotors. They will/do prevent the aftermarket wheel from bolting flush to the rotor thus causing bad vibrations in steering AND cabin ride.
Test Drive #2:
The drive took me ALL AFTERNOON. It was completely and totally enjoyable. The new wheels had been balanced to perfection from 360 Forged. NOT ONE ISSUE. PERFECT buying experience before, during and after. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...bar none. I WOULD do it all over agin with Custom Wheels For Less AND 360 Forged. They make one hell of a beautiful wheel if I don' say so myself.
Anybody whose on the fence on where/which brand wheel/vendor.....I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND 360 Forged....badazz wheels for sure.....and Gerry at Custom Wheels For Less, the official forum vendor, 360 Forged.
Thanks Gerry and Osmany.
I will update post next weekend after I get 'Z cleaned. I'll take it down to marina and new pics will be posted.
Thanks again Osmany and Gerry.

Definitely need pics!
I've bought one set of 360 Forged for my last Viper, and have another set of 360 Forged wheels on order for my new Viper. GREAT wheels and great service!

Nice writeup but you can't gloat about having great wheels without pictures.

I tried to upload pics I took this morning. It will not let me add them. I do not know how to reduce definition so that site criteria is met.

Use photobucket. I believe it automatically resizes them.

Hank, I knew it was only a matter of time before your Viper got some wheels! Looking forward to the pics, 'cause you always do it right!
OP - 360 makes some great looking wheels. I'll be looking for your pics, too!

I contemplated buying a new set of 360's but just chose another wheel brand which are on order. I will say this however. I had a few "back n forths" with Gerry. He was extremely fast in replying to my emails filled with questions. Additionally he appeared to be very interested in customer satisfaction and not just in making a sale. This I commend Gerry for and will say for my next set of wheels, Ill definitely give him a shot.

Those look great. I would love to put Brush Aluminum Mesh 8 19/20 on my Z06.....I am just not patient enough to wait several weeks.
