Very well executed resto-rod 67 Mid year looks with Z06/LS7 performance. The best of both worlds.

Beautiful car man. I’m not crazy about how close the inlets of the velocity stacks are though... looks like you could be losing some efficiency on your manifold design (via each runner starving the adjacent runner(s) of some flow). I bet staggered runner lengths (or shorter runners in general) would net you more power.

None-the-less a beautiful manifold, engine, and car.

Between dyno and track time there's no doubt you'll eventually have a good idea how much hp you got, or didn't, as the case may be.

Sure appreciate you taking the time to share this stuff with us.

Cheers, Paul.

Jeff,

The LS7 in your Stingray is WAY better now then when I built it... Everything you do to your 67 is a one of a kind work of art... Keep it up & GM will be calling you for production mods for the C7's...

Barry,
You built a good one!! I have to admit though....I have been through about the entire thing at this point...still can't believe how well these engines kick out the power!.

Thanks for all of the comments guys, I thought you would appreciate the work. The car drives as nice as my C6 Z, with the SRIII tube chassis and C5/C4 suspension and coil overs, it really handles great. With the C2 looks and new brawn, it's a tough package to beat.

That car is totally awesome! Where in Va do you live, I am in Northern Virginia and I would love to see that car in person. I am a big mid year fan and I have a 67 L88 myself but its really junk to drive compared to something like yours. I have been thinking of getting something like you have and have looked at many similar but your engine bay is just unreal and those timeslips say it all! Do you have any interior and suspension shots?

Jamie,

Sent ya a PM. Your more than welcome to come and take a look. The cool part about the 1/4 miles times is that it was done on street tires (not drag radials) , pump gas and through the exhaust and track was not even prepped that day!!
