Default Long Awaited Pictures of L.E.D.'s - Interior and Exterior

I know I have taken forever to do this.....and we didnt get a picture of the reverse lights unfortunately....but I wanted to show off the LEDS....if you havent done this mod yet.....Do it.....Do it now.

I believe both pictures are raw, and unedited. The license plate light shines a cool glow on the street at night....mild...not ricey....looks sick.

thanks corvettemods1 (forum vendor) for the lights.

thanks to steven di leonardo for the superb camera skills.

I have no problem with these....they arent blue although the picture may look that way.....

these are PURE WHITE.

Also......HID headlight bulbs will get you pulled in Tampa? No BMW owners allowed? lol

thanks for the compliment

Don't take this as a critique of your car, but why do people like to make your rear plate easier for Johnny Law to read?

I didn't say he did, or was going to. But unless he's the rare American who never speeds, then his chances of being identified have gone up.

Not really....

1. If I speed, and get caught, I dont run. I own up. So it wouldnt matter
2. If I get seen, but not really seen, speeding....there arent that many black on black loud as **** c6 z06's ...and again....i wouldnt run. so it wouldnt matter
3. its the law in florida that your license plate is visible, and free of tinted or even view obstructing covers.....so Im in fact LOWERING the chance I get pulled, as my license plate is NICE AND VISIBLE.
4. Thats why I have a support law enforcement plate

lol....LED on people....LED on

One of the greatest mods yet to date, love the look of these, not to mention the peace of mind knowing these led's don't get half as hot as the stock bulbs did...man were those things hot!!!

Here's a cell pic of my reverse led's and my license plate led's. The only complaint I have is that the led's don't have the light output as the other bulbs did. I couldn't see a thing backing into my garage tonight.

They look great!

do you guys have any issues with the LEDs slightly lit up even when the car is off? i've heard that LED replacements can still have a slight "glow"

I have 1 that lights up when the car is off but it's really dim. Didnt notice until a few days ago.

One bad thing about installing leds is that u cant tell which end of the plug goes where. Had to test it out and then unplug/plug them the other way around until they worked. Blew the courtesy light fuse 2 times during install lol
