Default C6Z Bolt-On Update 10.13 @ 135.55 mph

Made three passes today at one of our favorite tracks. Weather was excellent. Third pass out, we ran a 10.13 @ 135.55 mph on a 1.38 sixty foot. I greatly appreciate the assistance of my buddy Bruce that watched the launches and provided the necessary feedback.

The Bolt-On Only mods (No internal engine modifications) are:
RPS LSX BC2 Clutch
Vette-Air
Halltech Killer Bee II and Beehive
1 7/8" American Racing Headers
Ported TB & FAST LSXR 102 Manifold ported by Carlos Allen
EWP
4.10 gears

Here is the breakdown of the timeslip:
60'.............1.386
330'...........4.155
660'...........6.475
660’ mph...103.71
1000'..........8.457
1320'..........10.132
1320’ mph…135.55

Gary you really rattled Bruce's cage on this one. Just look, he's switching teams now...

He swings from both sides of the plate for years now I heard.

Great run. Any new mods to speak of compared to the magazine article?

I don't believe so Joe. Now the hard work begins. Figuring out what makes the existing combo the most optimal and paying attention to the finer details will be the ticket.
Gary took a step back and it allowed him to take 2 steps forward. I'm impressed with his perseverence.

I understand that...working out the finer details takes time....but it is rewarding.

Gary could you chime in with launch techniques, power shifting, etc?

Wish there was a video. You have to take a videographer each time you're going for a record run!

DA per drag times was -1501. That's pretty darn good. How was it looking at the track? I don't know your weather patterns, our season is over. Will there be more dates in the spring for you?

I'm rooting for you and your 9 second run.
