Yes, the valley bolts need to be swapped with the ones supplied by Fast. You could potentially fracture or cracked the housing. Call fast, I believe they will sell those separately or you could buy them local.
thats what i figured knew it was that way on my z28 just didnt ask when i ordered the intake if it came with bolts and gaskets u think it would for 900 bucks but whatev

If you got it new it does come with those low profile button head allen bolts.
