11.09 stock on drs
Went to the track today and went 11.09 on drs with a 1.65 60ft at 125 mph. On the 2nd pass did a 1.58 60ft but on the 1 2 shift the clutch stock to the floor. Probley was a 10 second pass. After that I left.

Well that 2nd pass is the best 60' time to date. Ranger did a 1.59 according to the fast list on that insane 10.74 run.
Seems like you'll be in the 10's in no time!
What track did you go to?

WOW, extremely impressive ets, trap speeds and most importantly driving skills for getting that power down to the grounds.
Also, you obviously have a VERY HEALTHY and strong Z06 with that trap speed. Do the clutch turkey baster mod and get that clutch fluid as clear as you can and next time the 10s are yours, a MONUMENTAL TASK on a stock Z with just drag radials.

Very impressive pass. Extremely impressive and great driving by the original poster.
But lets not get carried away on the trap speed, as the car does not appear to be any "stronger" than any other Z06 on the list running in the same configuration "bone stock except non stock tires" as his trap speeds are right in line with a couple of the others.
The avg trap speed for those submitting in that category:
*Current Avg. 11.059 secs. @ 127.34 mph. 1.719 secs
*Ten Second C6 Z06 Bone-Stock, except Non-Stock Tires Times are denoted in green.

Again though hats off to the original poster on his awesome achievement.
My comments are not meant to take anything away from his accomplishment, but rather to point out that all C6 Z06s are "very healthy and strong" and stock for stock, appear to posses about the same relative strength. 505 certified horsepower.

06 Quicksilver Z,
I agree my friend that the car is no freak of nature based on its trap speed but it certainly is no slouch and making VERY comparable trap speeds to the fastest Zs in the country (give or take 1 or 2 mph) and that means he got a fast one (certainly not a slouch)!
