Finally Happy thanks to Vette Doctors Performance!!
So most of you know the stock Z is no slouch. However I kept looking for something a little more out of the car. I missed the sound of a nice loped rumble.
I realized I had to fulfill my need for the sound I've been searching for, so the end of last month I called Carm at Vette Doctors. He was very helpful on the phone and basically said they could do anything I wanted.
I drove the car down and felt comfortable dropping the car off. There were at least 10-15 other vettes in the garage and parked outside. The shop was spotless.
Carm kept me updated on the progress of the car.
Last Friday I went and picked up the car. All I could say pulling away is HOLY F**K!!
I damn near snapped my teeth off from the smile on my face.
I ended up going with cam and headers and had the heads done as well. I also put the B&B fusions on. I lost count of the number of compliments I got on the way home.
Props to Carm, Dennis, Vinny, Joe and Ed. These guys put their heart and soul into their work and it shows.

I've always suffered from hypertestosteronism Everything I own I have to squeeze every bit of hp I can out of it...
This definitely satisfied my palate for now (Thought I think I should of went with a fast intake as well - oh well, just another reason to go back)

Todd,
You are more than welcome and thanks for the props, but Carmen, Dennis, Joe and Vinny do all the work and deserve all the accolades.
The VDP C6ZO6 H/C Package has been developed over the years and certainly is an eye opener for an otherwise awesome setup from GM.
Glad you are happy and look forward to many years of serving your high peformance (and normal maintenance/repairs) needs. Hope to see you from time to time at the shop. Fridays is "wind-down" day...stop in for a beer, laughs or just to say hi.
The VDP Crew
PS -- Your car and the Pic's are awesome. Love that black...but what a bear to keep clean

I took a video with my cell phone but will get a better one with my camera once the rain stops. It sounds amazing.
I don't think the compression changed at all.
Thanks Carm. My buddy took the pics Sunday morning. Here's a couple more that I liked

I'm not sure of the cam specs Elevator man.
Maybe Carm can chime in. It's their custom ground cam that they put in most of their vettes with the header/cam package.
It has great street manners. I don't track the car and plan on taking it to the strip just to see what she has but other than that I mostly drive on the streets.
The mid range is a whole new car. I can't brag enough about how much fun the car is now. Night and day from stock.
Thanks for the compliments.
