[PICS] Katech Stage 1 Z06 SN# 45 + extra bonus
We just wrapped up this Stage 1 Z06 package. The customer added:
Katech valve covers powdercoated yellow
Coil relocation kit
Katech ported oil pump
Phoenix Performance tow hooks
Katech billet belt tensioner
Koolmat tunnel heat shield
Katech front fascia reinforcement
The rest of the body parts are from another vendor
And here the extra bonus since I have no other place to put this on the forum and you guys will enjoy the engine bay anyways. A CTS-V with head/cam package, FAST intake, Katech valve covers powdercoated anodize red and Katech billet belt tensioner.

Jason,
Class act as usual. I have to admit that the first time I saw a CTS-V in a showroom, I was not only tempted do scuttle my Vette plans (man, way glad I didn't) but I was also impressed (just like my Z) that they had the ***** to build it in the first place. If I has 3 or 4 more cars, the CTS-v would be one of them.

If I ever get #35 off the lift I'll drive it to work and we can do burn outs in front of the building
I can't wait to hear what the muffler mod sounds like with a cam.

The other employees would love to see that
It will be at work all next week so let me know when you want to come and listen.
I'll also make video of the exhaust and post it.
The team at Katech did an excellent job and went the extra mile getting my car completed.
They are a top notice vendor
The car is amazingly fast and I can't wait to get it out on the track and see what it can really do.

A shout out to all my Corvette cousins. My CTS-V project at Katech was a real winner. Thanks to Jason and the crew. The car is such a blast to drive and the added power is quite impressive.
The car has quite a bit of mods already. H&R springs, GM T1 sway bars, FG2 shocks, 2 piece UUC rotors, UUC shifter, Fidanza twin disk clutch.
Next time I'm at Road America I'll try to keep one of you C6Z guys in sight for a whole lap.

Awesome car - Northern VA is collecting a formidable collection of Katech cars. We should all plan on going to Great falls cars and coffee one saturday.
