Default The Z is back from Quality Motorsports

First off, thank you to Carlos,Patrick, and the rest of the crew for everything! Very friendly and trustworthy service, I'm a customer for life.

Here is my mod list. Remember, this was all done and tuned for 90 octane!!!.

Ported heads with new exhaust valves and the misc. parts
Black Widow Cam package
Ported and painted factory intake manifold and throttle body
Painted my Halltech intake
Painted a yellow pinstripe on my wheels
LG 1 7/8 longtubes WITH cats
RAM TD clutch
Borla stinger exhaust

Here is a sound clip...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0me8EBOU6s

Sorry for the crappy quality but I was only able to take a pic of the dyno printout. The car made 574rwhp and 521rwtq on 90 octane!

It was a pleasure to serve you amigo

Next time, leave your Mario Andretti antics at home...cops stopped by looking for Vettes to pull over

Let us know whenever you're ready for the ported FAST with bigger Injectors and that "pinch hitter"; the juice

Thanks again, be safe and enjoy

Carlos

Nice numbers man! I have a very similar set up except I have a FAST and no cats. I made about the same rwhp and a couple of less on the torque set up. Looks like the FAST does not seem to be worth much in my case at least.

FAST units don't seem to make much more peak hp but they normally show gains through the mid-range which is where it counts.

Nice! Now add the juice. Mine really liked it with the bully camshaft. I might see you on Saturday at the track it if does not rain. It's not looking real good at this time.

Nice #'s, I'm still getting used to the new driving style of the aggressive cam. Got the car out here early in Chicago this year as its mid 50's already here in March. October was far worse. Felt good to open it up again. I had a Widow installed along with LG headers last fall. Still enjoying the gobs of power.

The FAST is worth it...some cars pick up more than others. Again, do not focus on peak numbers, look at power under the curve; where it matters most.

Thanks,
Carlos

Be careful. Cold ground with lots of power plus Chicago potholes equals...mama mia

Your car is strong, add an intake minus cats and I think you'll see 570 Keep running good Shell and/or Amoco-BP gas.

Thanks,
Carlos
