Cruise control engaged? I would bet he WAS off throttle and under 3k RPM after the engine went boom!

I run solid stainless or inconel on all my stuff and sleep better at night for it. Even the 2200mi ZR1 sports del west ti intakes and inconel exhaust valves......the rockers won't be on long enough to worry. U would be amazed at how many tuners/head porters do not change those exhaust valves. If done using stock head bolts and gaskets, who would be the wiser when it came time for warranty?
