Default MTI Racing/RHS 500CID build

We will be building this in three or four configurations.

1.First with stock LS7 induction

2.Next will be testing on the LSXR induction with different throttle sizes.

3.Then our Kinsler Cross Ram straight runner induction with 8 throttle bodies and carbon fiber trumpets.

4.Then finally, we cannot resist the urge to put on a Magnuson TVS 2300 with cog drive to see what power and torque we can achieve for an agressive build with solid roller cam and moderate boost.

I think we can achieve around 800hp NA and should be over 1000 with the blower.

Should be about right for a daily driver.

check out the provisions for piston squirters

NICE

Thanks for that heads up post.

We had a special billet shaft done ( 4.600 stroke and 2.100 rod throws )with center counter weights, extra corner radius, aero profiling, and leading edge oil journals... it is a work of art!!!

What kind of redline are you going to have with the 4.600" stroke?

Default Redline

Our modeling shows that it will be within the same rev range as our 454 package which pulls easily to 7000.

The main difference will be the area under the curve with the 500CID which should make supercharger style torque at low revs.

I love the old saying "horsepower sells cars... torque wins races"

GREAT photo and job. The piston squirters are a real plus to a track engine, cooler pistons, better lube, and a lot of driver confidence.

How much power does it holds?(500Ci)
2000PS?3000PS?Or...?
The piston squirter is great,a necessary thing for FI.
Do you sure that you can crank 800PS in NA?Very impressive!
There's another thing,
What volume of cylinders you have?except 500ci.
Or do you have surpassingly durable 427ci cylinder&cylinder head?

Thank you all for your interest on our newest motor project.
The price is still being finalized.
I will add pictures and hp numbers of the motor when we are done testing cam profiles on our engine dyno.
For now I have pictures of the intake manifold spacers needed to work with the taller deck height of the block.
Thanks. Chris at MTI Racing.
