Default C6 ZO6 wheel identification

How does one ID a true C6 ZO6 wheel. I have a set of wheels that do not have SPEEDLINE molded into the back flange area. It does have USA ,WT2M1 , 241475. I know SPEEDLINE is from Italy. Did some C6 ZO6 wheels come from a USA company?

I have 2 sets of OEM wheels with the USA stamp like yours. I have 2 sets of aftermarket China made cheepies that do not have USA stamp. Not all OEM wheels were the speedline made in Italy, some like mine and yours were made here in the good ol USA, but I do not know by what company.

That is very interesting, I would like to know what company. They seem very light.
I have CCW forged wheels for track tires and the OEM wheels seem as light or lighter.
What year ZO6 did your wheels come off of? I purchased my wheels on Craigslist from a guy in Fort Worth Texas. When I did not see the SPEEDLINE name I had a feeling I got ripped off. Now I feel better. Does your wheels also have the numbers & letter? Is there a GM on them?
Thanks for the info. I can sleep better tonight.

I think GM started using Speedline in 06 or 07 because the US maker went bankrupt .

Yes the orginal manufacturer (Amcast I beleive) made the Z06 wheels in the good ole USA. However, they went out of business (go figure), and then Speed line stepped in.

So the wheels must be from a 06 or 07 ZO6?
When did they start with polished wheels on the ZO6?

USA rims are 06 or 07; the transition to speedline was during the 07 model year. Polished were available from 06, Chrome were delayed by production problems leading to the vendor change from what I've read on this site.

The GM usa made rims have USA cast in the center hub and a pin stamped GM on one spoke (inside of the spoke) This was the case on the comp greys that came on my 06z, and the polished 07's I bought for it (now for sale), both USA sets, the chrome ones I have on the car now came are 08 and they are speedlines.

Thanks for the help.
The guy that sold me the wheels from his ad on dallas.craigslist said they came from his 08 Zo6 with 1500 miles on them. He also said that they were Speedline, chrome and were "As-New" . They were polished and bad looking. Not a good feeling to get ripped off.
I have them in a shop now geting them powder coated dark gray
