Does this price include the new support piece that goes inside the front fascia? If not do you have them available?

This is the splitter only. The support piece is only needed if you plan to race at high speeds.

These are gel coated composite and then painted any color.

I talked to RPI a few months ago when I bought the ZR1 spoiler (great - thanks guys) and you mentioned a possible ABS splitter. Is this composite tough enough to take some hits (cause it will)? I do race and would need the support piece - do you sell that?

This is made for street use and not for organized competition racing. It WILL take normal wear and tear of street driving, etc. We don't provide the support piece as that is only needed for racing.

What is the splitter material made of?? I have the APR also, but this looks great!!

Gel coat composite. Same material used to make boats and snowmobiles. Strong and light weight. We paint them any color you'd like or can paint them flat black.

nice, 40% less than OEM. If I use it with the OEM reinforcement, will it survive at 170mph???

Sure will. We suggest the OEM reinforcement if you are going to do over 120mph for extended periods of time (like racing)

How much lower does it hang than the stock Z06 splitter? I have driveway issues if its more than a 1/4" lower.
