This is a OE LS7 aluminum block.

So how much will this make as is without any FI?

Again I am quite ignorant when it comes to engine, but would this have the dry sump system with it or no considering its a OE LS7.

The engine does have the LS7 dual stage pump on it and front cover so it is setup for the factory dry sump.

Check your PM's.
